We will never reveal your financial information to third-parties.

If we are required by legislation to provide information, this will only be done with your written consent and your full knowledge.

Keeping it legal

We will perform certain checks to ensure that we only deal with bona fide persons.

All our clients must be registered within our system and provide us with details of residence, contact numbers, and working location.

We will not accept multiple contractors making payments to a single banking account. And banking accounts should be in the name of the contractor or of his juristic person.

How does it work?

The first step is to register your contract details in our system. This tell us who your client is and when you expect to be working on this project.

We will issue you with an employment agreement between you and ourselves for the duration of the project, and you can then inform your client/agency of your umbrella company details and our bank account details for receiving your payments.

At the same time we will confirm with your client/agency of your company structure so that there will be no delay in your invoicing process.

The next step is to complete your banking details within our system. This information tells us where you'd like payments to be made. You can add up to three accounts and they should be part of the international banking system so that all funds can be transferred electronically to you and with a minimum of delay.

 

Invoicing

When you begin work, you will invoice your client/agent on a regular basis using our standard invoice form. You should also email a copy of your invoice to Tarasa Services so that we have a record in case of queries. If you are claiming expenses at the same time, please inform us of the expense total.

Your client/agent will make a payment to us, and once it has cleared our account, we will transfer your funds to wherever in the world you wish.

We run a daily payroll service on each working day, so there's no waiting on your part. We will also inform you by email on the day we process your payment so that you know when you can expect to receive a payment.

What does it cost me?

We are very up-front about costs. You pay a fixed 5% of your invoice total. There are no registration fees or annual membership fees to pay. Though conditions apply, you will not pay fees on normal expenses. And we have a referral scheme, whereby you can reduce the fees you pay. Read more about costs here
